90-Day Warranty

At OEM Systems & Services, Inc., we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. We are committed to providing reliable replacement parts and equipment for educational institutions, businesses, government agencies, repair providers, and IT organizations.

Unless otherwise specified, all products purchased from OEM Systems & Services, Inc. are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Our 90-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

If a product fails during the warranty period due to a verified defect, OEM will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product.
  • Repair the defective product.
  • Issue a credit or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Products must be purchased directly from OEM Systems & Services, Inc.
  • The product must be used under normal operating conditions.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase, invoice number, serial number, and/or order information.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the 90-day warranty period.

Non-DOA and DOA Claims

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products that arrive non-functional must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Upon verification, OEM will provide replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion.

Product Failure During Warranty Period

Products that fail after installation but within the warranty period may be returned for testing and evaluation. All products returned under warranty are subject to inspection and verification before replacement or credit is issued.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Physical Damage

  • Cracked or broken LCD screens.
  • Impact damage.
  • Bent pins or connectors.
  • Broken plastics or housings.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Fire, flood, or natural disaster damage.

Improper Use

  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Negligence.
  • Improper installation.
  • Improper handling or storage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Normal Wear and Consumables

  • Cosmetic wear.
  • Scratches and scuffs.
  • Battery capacity degradation due to normal usage.
  • Consumable products expected to wear over time.

Compatibility Issues

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Products returned because of incompatibility, incorrect ordering, or buyer error may be subject to standard return policies and restocking fees.

Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before installing, replacing, or returning any product.

OEM is not responsible for:

  • Data loss.
  • Software corruption.
  • Operating system issues.
  • Configuration changes.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss of profits or revenue.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA:

  1. Submit a request through our Returns/RMA page or contact our support team.
  2. Provide your invoice or order number and serial number.
  3. Describe the issue encountered.
  4. Follow the provided return instructions.

Returns received without an authorized RMA number may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping products to OEM for warranty evaluation unless otherwise agreed.

For approved warranty claims, OEM may cover return shipping of replacement products within the continental United States. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and applicable shipping costs.

Testing and Verification

All returned products are subject to testing and inspection. Products found to be fully functional, damaged due to misuse, physically damaged, modified, or outside warranty terms may be returned to the customer without replacement or credit.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OEM Systems & Services, Inc.'s liability shall be limited solely to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product.

OEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits.
  • Lost business opportunities.
  • Loss of data.
  • Downtime.
  • Labor costs.
  • Third-party repair expenses.

The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the limited warranty expressly stated herein, OEM Systems & Services, Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
