Motherboard Services
Core Exchange: If you’ve purchased a motherboard through our Core Exchange Program, and haven’t received a return label: 📧 Email us at info@oemspareparts.com
Do not use the standard return label for Core Exchange returns.
Reworks: If your motherboard was previously repaired by OEM Spareparts and is within the 1-year warranty, use our Return Label Form and select Motherboard Repair Rework to generate a return label.
Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality of every part we deliver: 1-Year Warranty on AC adapters, batteries, motherboards, and device repairs Limited Lifetime Warranty on all other components (against manufacturing defects) Replacement provided for defective items with a compatible, functional unit
Exclusions: Physical damage, cracks, or general wear and tear.
Returns & Restocking
Wrong Part (Functional): Return within 60 days
No Longer Needed: Return within 120 days
After 120 Days: 20% restocking fee may apply
Return Limitations
Credit may be denied if: Returned item is not an OEM Spareparts product, Product is damaged due to poor packaging by the sender Please ensure safe, protective packaging to avoid transit damage.
